Close Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML)

My mother-in-law, whom I am very close to, was just diagnosed with AML. It is a shock because she is very healthy and active and the center of the family. She survived an early stage breast cancer about 5 years ago and a few months ago had a checkup and the Dr. said she had been cancer free for 5 years now. We are devestated, and I joined here to get some information about how best to support her. Thank you.
