55 and still learning...like to be creative, especially in the garden. Enjoy planting seeds and watching them grow! Have two children and 5 grandchildren. (Enjoy playing scrabble with them, doing puzzles and showing them new things). I am 5'10", 70kg. Am almost through buying my own home. I work part-time as an admin. asst. in personnel. I was diagnosed with young onset Parkinsons over 10yr ago. I have a cat, Charlie and a budgie, Wilbur. My mother lives independently nearby, she is 94.

Close Physical & Emotional Abuse
Been with partner over 7 years on again, off again relationship. No sign of committment. We have lived in seperate homes. The relationship has always been on his terms. I have now decided to end the relationship completely.
Treatments
Close Parkinson's Disease
Diagnosed in 99 at age 46. It is slowly progressing, although I can do most things. I work part-time in clerical/admin, and live with my cat. I just completed a years full-time study at college. (Horticulture,Conservation and Land Management) I like to travel and write poetry. I still drive but its getting harder. I have five gorgeous grand children. Looking forward to the cure!
