- Lexapro Not Working
- I took this for about 6 months and it didn't do anything to help. My doctor took me off of it.
- Music Somewhat Helpful
- Theres some songs that lighten my mood and then others that just make me think and toss me back into the deep end.

- I used to have a puppy who could cheer me up no matter what. She recently passed away though.

- I see a counselor on campus every week. I guess its ok to talk to some one but i don't like her.

- I dont talk to people, so i get on my onine journal and just scream it out. Its nice to get somethings out on there.

- Breathing Exercises Somewhat Helpful
- My counselor at my college makes me do breathing exercises every meeting. It helps to calm down sometimes i gues.
