Today I skipped the gym for the third day! why? because i have been squatting so heavy i touched parts of my quads i have never touched before and i needed a break.I feel better and tomorrow i train someone. Honestly when you never make it to your goal! why? because once you see the end you want more. the only difference is that with this more you want its on a whole new level. now you want an extra 5 minutes on the treadmill or an extra 50 lbs on the squat rack or another noticable line in your back from hard work. i would never go back to where i was. mentally and physically i have evolved and i am blessed. for home or gym training personalized workouts that push youto the next level go to
