          Well peeps I managed,somehow to spend the day with my partner for his birthday,and we drove round to Gunwarf and did a couple of shops then went to the Water Margin for lunch,it was delicious and as we always do when we go there,we ate just that little bit too much!!!

            My partner really appreciated the effort that it took for me to be out so long and it helped me to get through the day to see him so happy and proudly helping me struggle along.

            So generally a good day,but I have had to take extra pain releif this evening so am tucked up in bed with my laptop so that when they kick in I just sleep!!!!!
