      Wow where did sunday go?!? I think I slept through most of it although some of it was indeed self inflicted as I tried to do too much in the garden on sunday and paid for it with having to take extra pain relief yesterday which,consequently knocks me out!!!Still at least I can look out of the window and see the garden well on it's way to being finished now.

      I am doing ok today though and so far I have managed to have a shower,clean the bathroom and adapt a costume for our youngest to wear to a fairytale ball at school on friday.

I have got birthday gifts to wrap for my partner ready for thursday,and a cake to bake and decorate!!Hmm we'll see!!!

      I am also awaiting a phone call from my gp to confirm my referal to the chronic pain clinic and to re-order some meds,so we'll see what she has to say.I just feel deserted as the rhumetology clinic have signed me off and sent me back to my gp,who isn't the most modern thinking of gp's,and now I'm told there is upto 8 weeks waiting list to be seen at the pain clinic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What am I supposed to do in the mean time???????????????????????

      Fed up with either gritting my teeth and dealing with the constant pain or being so spaced out that entire days just pass me by in a blurr..........
