           I had a clinic appointment yesterday,so after waking at 5am so I could take my meds then laid in bed till 6.30 to give them time to kick in.Appointment was at 11am so had to leave at 9.30,NIGHTMARE having to be up let alone showered etc..ready to go out!!After being told that I had lost more weight and lectured,unnecessarily,on the importance of eating correctly and that my blood pressure is still very low I eventually get to see the consultant!Well they found viral antibodies in my latest blood tests so have decided thats how I have developed fibro  and she jiggled all my meds AGAIN so that'll take getting used to aswell.Then she decided that they couldn't do any more for me in rhumatology so I have to go back to my ridiculously useless gp and get her to refer me to a chronic pain clinic,for which there could be upto 8 week waiting list!!!!But as for what I am supposed to do untill then ?????????????

           So consequently I feel as though my day was totally wasted and here I am seeing another day pass me by as I'm so tired and in pain that I can't do anything other than sit in bed.
