  Hi hun here is some sunshine to warm you up in this awful cold weather. I have an idea about your headache there is a condition which goes along with fibro called trigeminal neuralgia it is described as severe face pain, I get it in my jaw,cheeks and head and was so severe I was screaming, I would get it checked out, mine is caused by me grinding my teeth (due to Garys snoring) at night but there are other causes, mention it to your dentist they can make a guard to wear at night apparently it helps. I cant say if it does though as I avoid my dentist like the plague lol!!!!

  Thank you sweetie today I needed these warm hugs big time. Nothing wrong really but I had to have a tooth surgically extracted and then came to moms to find that the baby is sick with a double ear infection and so since it was past the time that the quick care clinics were open we had to do an ER run but they took good care of him and he should be back on top of the world in a couple days. I will be feeling better soon as well I hope the flare is still going but for the most part I think that it is getting some better because I have been able to push through the pain and actually start to get a few things done around the house. I hope that all is well with you and that you are feeling well. Thank you so much for thinking about me you will never know how happy it makes me to get your sunshiney messages..Love ya..Bec

  I am so sorry you are having such a rough time at the mo, maybe Anthony needs a bash over the head to get him back on track lol! I remember doing the pain management course and having to go to St Marys twice a week for 2 full days it was hell. For the headache the only thing I can suggest is some menthol oil on your forehead and then lie down in a dark room, careful not to get it to close to your eyes though. Take care hun x

  The blasted soreness has sread all the way up the whole left side of my body. It has gotten so bad I am thinking of having my husband take me to the ER. I can hardly move. It has even effected my left side of my neck. And of course it has casued my migraine to go way out of control. I feel as if I am sitting on a block of ice but I know it is from the pain. And it has trigered another fibro flare fom hell!!I know I know if it isn't one thing it is another with me. I need to be wrapped up in bubble wrap for my own protection.   Thanks darlin I am unfortunately in the middle of a really bad flare right now I think this is the worst that I have ever had. So I am just focusing on pure survival right now for the kids and I but we are managing. Thank you for the warm squishy hugs I have been missing you all so much I can't even tell you how badly I want to get back here.
