I am feeling a little frustrated because I am at a stand still with my weight. It seems that no matter what I try, my weight stays the same. This week I have made a new goal. I will cut back on all read meats to at least twice a week. That means I am cutting back on the steaks, hamburger meat etc. I am determined to loose ten pounds and I will do it.
I am going to renew my wedding vows, I will be ten pounds lighter. My husband and I are renewing our wedding vows, next year March or April, 2009.
I would like to loose an extra 10 to 12 pounds. My hubby and I are planning to renew our vows in the Bahamas.
UPDATED GOALS
On July 10th, I ran a 1.12 mile in 4 minutes and 57 seconds. I am doing great at this point. I hope to keep it up.
