About Me
I'm a sold out Christian living the LIFE in a fallen world. I deal with fibromyalgia and ptsd. I have been on a path to healing that God is leading. My sister is here and I thank God for her. I wouldn't have had so much help and love growing up in a terrible situation. She was my life line when we were kids. Now Jesus is, but I love her like she is almost my second half. We lost one brother in Vietnam, and we have one now in prison due to dui etc...very sad for us of course. But God has a plan... I am here to be blessed and be a blessing. Freak Update... I'm not accepting anymore friends at this time. I want to be able to be in contact with the friends I have now. Pls don't take this personaly. I do email with more than just the friends on my friend's list. Blessings, JF

Interests
Spreading the Good News, Reading...love history. Nature...I live in the ozarks on a secluded mountain. Animals...have too many lol. Music...love all kinds, especialy christian contemporary.. play guitar and write and sing. So many other interests...I research allot. My greatest interest is to be a blessing to others.

I have had fibro for over 20 yrs.
Treatments
- Acupuncture Working / Worked
- I never had another migrain after just a few treatments Halelujah!
- Vitamin B12 Working / Worked
- I'm taking vits with high b-vits in it. I have allot more energy when I take them
- Zanaflex Working / Worked
- I'm on zanax and flexeril at night for sleep and relaxing muscles for muscle repair during sleep.
Close Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
I have FMS also. Have tried many treatments. What I am experiencing most lately is chronic fatigue. Hoping to find some more about it here. I use yerba mate tea and it helps allot, while I'm drinking it. Been off of it for a few days and I'm right back to sleeping 12 to 14 hrs and still tired. I've had fibro etc...for over 20 yrs.
Treatments
- Cymbalta Working / Worked
- I got off of cymbalta and my brain is healing. Memory loss mainly. Used lonopin when my ptsd was really bad. i'm off it now. On xanax and flexeril at night for seep. Seems to work for me. I tried getting off xanax and ended up at the dr. with vertigo. I would have to be in hospital care to get off those. Not worth it right now, tho it may be causing me this fatigue. I don't know cause I've been on them for about 5 yrs

I was attacked one morning by my ex in the morning. He opened the door with a key I didn't know he had and a 270 rifle. Mornings are tough for me (already were with having fibro). My childhood was also abusive.
