Having been duly chastised and castigated I though it prudent to update my journal before a certian HOT BIKER CHICK chose to institute another, less pleasant, "C" word.
Still playing the Medival war games and looking exceedingly good in my kilt. I'm thinking I'll re-enter the Highland Games next season. I've not done that for some years. Training for a 15K just now. Looking to run it in an hour and 20.
Still single. I do have a "relationship" in the works, it is moving VERY slowly. and that suits me.
Don't know if I've mentioned it , however I've taken up Ballroom Dancing. It's going quite well. I intend to enter competition next year.
Winter in the South is coming on. Camping season for me. Had some of the gear out this past week. Getting ready for some cool clear nights.
The lads are well. Jeremy has enlisted in the Marine Corps(following in the old man's footsteps), Zachary is staying a step ahead of the law, just barely (also following in he old man's footsteps). And Matthew is in his second year of orchestra, an aspiring cello player (I have no idea where this talent came from).
The ex has evidently broken up with her bf. She was to move in with him this month, now she's moving to a new apartment. Truly a pity, eh?

a.k.a. the Wendy's maintenance man.
16 restaraunts staffed by 1 competent General Manager, 1 or 2 competent managers, and a contingent of adolesents who find it quite the challenge to tie thier shoelaces.
Alas the time has speed by and I must be off to prepare for a formal evening of Ballroom dance. This should prove to be quite humerous. TTFN.

Amazing what talents our children pickup from the gene pool. And Hoo-rah, to Jeremy. The military always help a boy become a man. Zach's getting a different education, and being street smart isn't always bad, just a harder school. And Matthew is using the "right side of the brain", excellent. Artists are deep thinkers.
Too bad for the Ex, dreams are hard to obtain and hold onto......especially when build on mud.
Are lunches included in your pay??? I'd negotiate that into my contract for sure......I love Wendy's!!!
