There is so much going on in my head right now that I don't even know what to think about or what to concentrate on working out first. So many thoughts. So many ideas. So many worries and fears. So much to do and plan yet can I, Should I, How do I, Where do I start?
What the hell am I doing? I have got to get my shit toghether!!






First take a breath. Next calm down and just try writing it all out. Just keep in mind that you can only control you and your actions. You can not see into the future and no matter how much you prepare life has a way of throwing the unexpected. Just do what you can do and take it one foot in front of the other. You will get there. It may be hard it may be frustating but you will.

i agree with 4booboo! relax and try writing things out...and if you start getting frustrated or overwhelmed take a break...a walk in the fresh air or even just a bubble bath (if you like bubble baths!!) you'll figure stuff out and it's best to take breaks and clear your head so you know you're making the best decisions!!

I find that a microcassette recorder helps capture thoughts that come too fast to be written down. My copy of microsoft Word even does voice recognition
