I am sick and fucking tired of everytime I go to call our daughter or email or am instant messaging one of the girls and I ask what your doing, they say your sleeping!
WTF!
Get a fucking life!
You say that you are sleeping better and more and doing it for me, but sleeping your life away while Im not there is BULLSHIT because your daughters need to see you awake once in a while.
You get off of work at 7am. Come home, turn off the phone, take the dogs out and fucking sleep til the girls come home at 3pm. Thats' all you need, but you won't do it. You go to sleep bout the time they get home. Do you not think that they care????? and want their father awake once in a while???
Whatever, sleep your saturday away, all day. They see how fuckin lifeless you are too.
Trust me.

I can't help but think that that must have been how my H had felt when I was going through my depression when I got out of the military. Just a statement really. I see your frustration though. Please believe we are all capable of change. He just has to want it enough and you have to be willing to accept or tell him it's not enough.
