Well, with the injury to the tendons in my foot and all this crap with my training I havent even been to the gym in 5 weeks. Arghhh! And I can tell.
So it's back to the gring tomorrow. I hate the way I've been feeling. I miss the running and sweating and the feeling after a good work out. I have been more sluggish and I definately haven't been eating right either. Now that the doctor says I can start slowly and start PT'ing again, I am back at it baby!
Besides, Im going to need to run another PRT here soon when I re-enlist again. God only knows what my run time is right now since its been so long since I've run but Im still gonna get that 12 minute mile eventually.
Im just glad to be able to get back to workin out now.
Now if the freakin SUN would come out once in a while around here it would make it just perfect!
