    • About Me

      I was diagnosed with MS in 2004. I was suddenly unable to walk. I was divorced the next year. I worked as a FT RN 26 years until a few months ago when I had a flare-up. I am now "formally" disabled as of March 2008. I tried all the injections, but had severe reactions.I am on symptom control. I am an only child and taking care of my 85 year old Mom. My condo has been sold recently. I am hoping for better days.

    • Close Back Pain

      I have had 6 herniated discs, 3 in neck and 3 in lower back. I also have MS, so when I get spasms they are excruciating. I have had several epidurals.

      Helps, but when I am too weak, no can do.

    • Open Hives

      I have had hives since childhood. Have been to numerous allergists and dermatologists. They are so bad now that I get foot and throat swelling.

      Treatments

      Benadryl Working / Worked
      works for 2 hours
      Zyrtec Somewhat Helpful
      Helps a lot to keep the swelling down.
      Pepcid Somewhat Helpful
      Allergist told me I could take with Zyrtec.
