Well I had to skip last cycle due to numerous ovarian cysts and one really large one.  I called my RE last week to see about starting provera again b/c it didn't look like AF was going to come on her own.  When I didn't get a call back I went ahead and left for my long weekend getaway to Table Rock Lake in Arkansas/Missouri.   Of course with my luck, AF decided to come and visit on Saturday while out of town.  I figured I would probably end up having to skip this cycle too since my RE needs me in for a baseline sono on CD2 or 3 before starting meds.  I called as soon as they opened yesterday, Tuesday CD4, and they went ahead and scheduled me to come go in for the sono in the afternoon.  My lining was thin, as it should be, and I didn't have any cysts too large to worry about.  So I started taking 5mg of Femara last night and I go in on CD21 (9/19) to check my progesterone in order to see if I O'd.  Hopefully this will be the month.  Even if I don't get a BFP, I would be very pleased if I just O.  If it does make me O this cycle and I don't get my BFP we will stick w/the same dose for 2 more cylces.  If I don't O this cycle, or if I don't get a BFP w/3 continuous ovulating cycles on Femara, we'll be onto the next step, injectables w/IUI.  As I will definitely go that route if needed, I would rather not.  Wish me luck!
