Well me and the bf went away for a nice romantic getaway. It was nice to relax and just chill. We stayed at a place called saunders gorge sanctuary. It was gorgeous. The views we had from our lodge and the views when we were off roading were absolutely gorgoeus. We had a pot belly fire going too. It was nice and cosy. I forgot all that was bothering me.
We had a lovely dinner on the sat night. I had steak with garlic sauce. And my bf had schnitzel. OMG it ws delicious. Nice and tender. Melt in your mouth both meals. MMMMM YUMMY! HEHE
On sun. we did off roading. 4 wheel driving. It was awesome. I hoped that it might set off labour. LOL but to no avail! Oh well. We looked at old gold mines, old copper mines, lots of lush green country. We found sopme sheep. Big buggers too. And some skippies. Roos. They were quite big. You wouldnt want to meet them in the dark.
Went and picked the kids up after. My son is sick at the mo but I am sure he will be better in a couple days. Found some mud and puddle son the way home coudlnt help ourselves. HEHE. Got the car more dirty. Man it was fun kids enjoyed it too.
Speedway season starts soon for me and the bf. Looking forward to it. Want to get back to racing. Missed it heaps. I have not raced in almost 12 months. So when october rolls around I am back out on the track. Yeah Baby!!!
