Hi, I wonder if anybody have pain after overeating?

I have strong pain in my head, esophagus, sinuses.

It seems that all food i can`t digest collected there or create imflammation.

I know it is because i have many food intolerances and digestive problems like GERD, Haital hernia, esophagitis, gastritis. But I can`t help but overeat sometimes.

Instead one cupped hand i eat more that 2 and in pain now.

 I know i can make hole in my esophagus if it will be damaged too bad.

I have to eat soft food today to redice pain.

Anybody else?
