Well, I spoke to My lawyer the other day and found out some good news. Since Liberty Mutual suspended My benefits without any real evidence of this supposed fraudulent claim, I will be getting a lot more from them in My settlement. They are basing this whole fraudulent claim on one sentence. If this goes to trial (which I highly doubt), I will win because of their lack of evidence of any previous lower back pain/injury.

The title says it all. Liberty Mutual is now saying I made a fraudulent claim, which is totally bullshit. Good thingI'm not suicidal, cause I have a 357 loaded in My room. Now I have NOOOOO money coming in and bills are piling up on Me.....sigh. Thats the story of My life.

Well I've been off of work now since the beginning of March(right after My birthday woo hoo) and My sleep routine has taken a beating. The Godawful ache I feel in My lower back and left leg keeps Me up constantly, always tossing and turning and never finding that comfortable position, because once it starts aching it doesn't go away. *sigh* well I really don't want to get into the meds for sleeping, like xanax, for fear of the xanitude (attitude), I know too many people who take them and when they are out....look out and get outta the way. Also I have a very addictive personality which doesn't mix well with those types of meds. whats a man to do?

hey man try accupressure and look up the spot H7 on the wrist...it helps promote sleep..and the tow behind the base of the skull....press im with your fingers...it works....
also look up the book called acupressures potent points...author Michael Reed Gach....on amazon...
best 20 dollars i ever spent.....it has helped with my depression due to back pain...and anxiety and sleep probs due to pain..
Also try and put a pillow betwen your legs at night laying on your side...cus the pelvis and lumbar area is slightly twisted even though u wudnt think it

I understand my brother. I have been on workers compensation since 2007. To be honest, this whole experience has been an eye opener. I started to pray for those on disibility so much more now here in America and thru the world. 1st Corinthians 10:13 makes it clear! All temptations(tests and trials) seizes us as is it is common to mankind. God is faithful! He will not let us be temted beyond what we can bear and when we are He alone will provide an escape that we may endure till the very end. Hold on!
