Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Not Working

Avoiding certian foods and chemicals arent working right now. Attacks aren't in control yet. Waiting for a new medication to start.

EpiPen Somewhat Helpful

They help by stoping the Allergic attack sometimes from getting worse. Sometimes have to use more than one epien if my swelling with my throat and chest don't go away. Then I go to Er or a urgent care. Have asthma attack along with the allergic reaction.

Close Families & Friends Affected By Suicide

I am A supporter for DS groups. have the personal experience of losing 3 people in my life from suicide. Lost a friend that I knew for about 18 years that died from suicide 17 years ago. The second person was my Sister. She attempted suicide 3 times. The third was her final time with a very bad way of how she died. that was 1 year and 6 months ago. The third one was a friend that died from sucide with the same autoiummune disease that I have, She died 2 months ago on monday oct 6th. Loie
