I am a 36 year old aunt to two nephews that my husband and I are raising. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder about 2 years ago, but I am just now realizing that I need help I can't do it alone. I just told my husband about 3 weeks ago. I was scared and ashamed that he might not stick by me. After finding this website and all the support I realize that I can control bipolar that it doesn't have to control me. I am trying to make contact with people and learn more about this disorder. and to learn about others experience with this.
