I am 48 and very obese. I have MS which is making it more difficult to get around. Wish I would have started years ago before the MS got to bad. But I'm working on it now.
Treatments
- 6 Week Body Makeover Working / Worked
- I hated it. Too restrictive with being a type A.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- IO do it from a chair. Richard Simmons all the way.
- SparkPeople Working / Worked
- I love it and am following their plan.
