Relapse after 3 months

I relapsed last night. After 3 months smoke free. I feel terrible.

Hope you are doing OK dear. If anyone smokes, one a day or one a month, they are smokers and it will lead to a pack a day, nicotine is addictive. Hugs to ya!

I somewhat understand what you are going through, I'm using the patch. 1st day was great but today the 2nd day suxs and nothing seems to be going right. Keep up the good work.
