Come on here to help me with my food problems and support for other problems like gambling (this is the most important for me because i want to take over the family business so i need some years without a bet first!) and I struggle with Pure O (OCD) but on the bright side this is going well because I've not been suffering to bad recently and i put this down to my upped sport!

I'm suffering aload of ailments and failing in these ailments sends me down, I'm not sure its depression but I feel horrible for hours on time and then I can feel great but generally in the whole I've felt like crap the last year
