  Hello There...I live in Big Bear Lake, I moved my daughters and myself here 4 years ago I was looking for a safe palce to finish raising my daughters and to get away from an abusive husband that I was divorcing. My daughters are 18 and 20, my 20 year old has a daughter a year old. I am originally from Glendora, Ca but I have lived in Ventura and lived in Richland Washington for awhile living there helped me get away from my abusive ex-husband. I have had chronic pain and back issues for about 16- years now the doctors have wanted to fuse my disc's since I was 30 but I have resisted because I am afraid of being in worse pain than I am in. I use alot of ice and heat and a tens unit also rest alot in=between doing the necessary things that life requires of us. I have pain meds also but they make me feel down so I limit what I use. I am going to be having another MRI that will tell how much more deteriation there is in my back but I have gone down hill this last 6 mos. so I know its not good. I re-married this past year to a wonderful man that is very supportive and I finally have good Insurance so I may consider a surgey if it has a good out-come yet I am scared very scared.
