  Wow, Thank you! I went back and read your profile after your friend request, and your energy is awsome! Yes, I would like to be your friend! I too looked out the window this morning at the new fallen snow and my first thoughts were of my friends that I have watched all spring and summer and hoping I can help them survive the long winter ahead. I remember the first cardinal song I heard last spring and can't wait to hear that sound again. I have more squirrels than ususal this year so I am revamping my feeding system so all that come can get a meal. I try to keep my feeding stations where I can watch them from my kitchen window. Funny how I can't eat if the feeders are empty. Same with the dog's dish. I want to hear more about the lady that taught you your beliefs on spirituality. I have always had feelings and thoughts, but no real guidance and kept things to myself in fear of being made fun of or not believed. Looking forward to communicating more with you and thank you for reaching out to me. :) Julie

  Thank you so much for your words of encouragement. I'm afraid everything is really getting the better of me and wearing me down hard and quick. Even if I start to feel even a little better physically I am still struggling with many mental and emotional issues that are so hard to explain. Maybe I want to focus some anger on those who say cross words, when I know I should take them with a grain of salt. More than anything it just hurts my feelings and that does not help to bring me up. Work is being so demanding right now I cannot even see straight and I'm look at like this is not a time to miss work or worry about my health.

  IM sorry to hear your going thru a rough time right now too,I swear i know exactly how you feel,i dont know if im gonna cry or scream,and i guess it is hard to accept that this is how it is. and then one thing compounds another and when a person has depression anyway,it doesnt take much to go over the edge, or at least feel like it,and to hell with your house being dirty, it will still be there on a day when you feel better!im sorry to hear about your mom. I also lost mine at a younger age, of 59, she was diagnosed with alheimers at 56, and got cancer in january of 1993,and died feb 17.so we also have that in common,and i know,those anniversary dates are tough, and more so when you just wish you had your mom to talk to...i have another appt tomorrow with pain management,fup from caudel epideral that did nothing, so not sure what he will suggest next,tired of it all.but i will write again tomorrow to see how you are. take care, and know you arent alone.
