I am a child of the Universe stuck here for a time until I transcend to a new place. My goal on DS is to relate, learn & understand mental wellness. I am a research scientist in cardiovascular disease, published several research articles & decided to jump ship, start my own mental health board for African American women & become a health & wellness coach by the Wellcoaches Corporation, affiliated with Harvard School of Medicine. I was in shock upon my birth, so I suffer from Bipolar Disorder II. I am under PCP supervision, I am constantly working on the betterment of my wellness, & through my redirection, I have learned to show patience through mindfulness & fitness. hi, I am confused with the permanent solution being fixed temporarily. What happens is the pain becomes too much to bear day in and day out so I need some relief from it.

- I take that now. If I neglect to do so, I am wacky. But I am on a very low dose.
