Im a married women with three children ages from 15, 19 and 26.We also have 3 wonderful grandchildren. My Husband is a wonderful man. We also enjoy 2 dogs, Oreo and Sugar Bear. Im really struggling with chronic knee/leg pain from an accident 3 years ago. Looking for a positive way to deal with it because it is very depressing not to be able to do the activities etc.

Close Accidents
I feel on a sidewalk by tripping on an uneven sidewalk landing on my left knee. Ater being in an imobilizer for 12 weeks it was taken off and within a week my pattela broke again while I was standing in my closet one Sunday evening. Surery with screws and a figure 8 wire were the following day. I have been in rehabilatation several times. The second surery came a year later and that was to remove the hardware and try to get movement back in my knee.
