cshelly' I was very ashamed and embarassed when I was first diagnosed with cirrosis but I have learned to hold my head up high and keep going forward I sure can't change the past but I can look to the new day and be very glad I'm still here and i actually feel great. If someone wants to judge my past i can guess that person has some skeleton in their closet they do not want people to know.

Hello cShelly! Yes I have had all of the fears, shame and guilts. I have always known that my lifestyle all led to HepC and CirrhosisI especially feel I have let my family and loved ones down. They can't forget about my drinking days and it makes me want drink even more, as sick as i already am!!! I have Faith in Him though. He never leaves me or forsakes me. I love my family and it is so hard to see how they worry about me. Hugs to you cShelly. Thanks for listening to me. I'm here for you too! kat
