I have never had a dumping like this in my life i could not go back to bed.... phew i will give my body a break we were trying to figure out what i had to tip the balance...one drink that we use to flavour water lemon & barley it was not the diabetic one my partner picked up the regular one Honestly we could not figure as to why...
