Hi all so many people put there faith in me and i really appreciate it!
I have had so much stress coming in from all corner's work,staff,partner,home,mother....
I always believe there is a reason.
This never ending supply has shown me what & where i need to place certain boudaries.
I feel good about the choices i have made and now it's time to act on them one by one.
The sense of freedom feels great.Staying focused with my goals and not walking away from them but towards my goals.
On that note i need to get my feet moving and go out for a walk its a lovely night Summer is coming our way down here.

Add your supportThis has taken so long to get here 90kg went to the doctor's was so happy to be told this is where i am Now.3kg's to go! Yee ha tomorro i will see a personal trainer i am looking forward to this! I want to up my exercise as my dream is to get on a surf board yes you read right!
