I've been trying to lose weight for the last few years but have seen everything go in revesre. I was actively going to the gym and eating right and walking nearly 6 miles a day. All of that stopped around Christmas when stabbing pains prevented me from doing most of anything. Later turned out I had a hockey puck sized cyst growing on an ovary. That was only part of the problem. Per my Doctor, the allergy/asthma medicine combination I was on was also a huge contributor. All my blood work came back healthy and no where near any kind of illness. I'm hoping that now after surgery I can start back up agin.
