  yea, I was doing well and on lamictal; new drug for me and weaning off effexor..but I have been rapid cycling lately. Cant sleep, restless, agitated, just not on the line. dont know what to do

  Yes i agree with u those days happen i think to all off us in some moment..rapid cicle..i am season bipolar but two weeks ago i was feelin the same way and was painful and also it burns u make u tired...in my case past without me changin any med...just past and i am now more up day my day...not down almost...so my meds are the same ones..im more hypper than depress..but trust me i know how is both almost at same time..i just can say that u are not alone...we are here to give support to echother...iff u can see u doctor maybe that will help, again in my case this disapear by itself...iff u need me i am here...Priscilla.
