i am soooo very tired,i only got about two hours sleep last night ,i sat on the couch most of the night doing crosswords,i was so restless and couldn't keep still,i was and still am in so much pain,i just didn't know what to do with myself,i am going to bed soon,i have to be up quite early in the morning,it is Billyjoe's first birthday tomorrow,and i have elected to do the cake and pastry baking,there are going to be a lot of people going to see the firework display that is being put on in his honour,so i will need to bake quite a lot,my hands and wrist and fingers are going to be a big problem,as are my feet and my back with all the standing in the kitchen,but i have to do this for my beautiful little grandson,,,,Jo and the baby are doing very well now thank goodness,she and Adrian are moving into a flat of their own over the next few days,so they are going to need a lot of help with that,Jo isn't going to be able to do much,,,,brenda is not too bad at the moment,she is finally doing what she is told now,and this means she is feeling a bit better in herself,we went to visit her last evening,for a couple of hours,and she looked better than me ,,,well my friends i am going to have a wash now and get ready for bed,wish me luck,love and hugs,Helen.

Oh, my friend it sounds like you are really hurting. I am glad that Jo and Adrian are doing well and the baby is o.k. Brenda seems to be doing well with the treatments. My wish is for her to continue to handle the treatments and enjoy her friends and family. You do sound like you are having trouble with all of the cooking for Billyjoe's party. I understand that you want to do it all. ( my problem also) I hope that you had a good nights rest and feel better so that you can enjoy the party and the fireworks afterward. all the cakes are done and packed up ready to take to the party,i am having a well earned sit down now,i just want to say a big thank you to you all,you are always so nice and kind to me,i am gratefull for your friendships,though sometimes i wonder what i have done to deserve you all,love and hugs my friends,Helen.
