2/25/2009 sunny but COLD! I am doing well since finishing all my treatments & some of the side effects after the lung surgery are getting better.I go back to the doctor March 13th, hopefully scans will show I am still cancer free! xo, Hidey Ho

8/21: day after 2nd bout of Chemo, I feel pretty good I jumped in the pool today and I feel good.

So nice to see that feeling excellent face!! We are having the worst winter also. So cold and so much snow. It is 0 this morning. Luckily I can still get out. I am so ready for spring! God bless.

Close Lung Cancer
I was diagnosed w/ lung cancer 6/12/2008 my symtoms were basically pain in my back, tired all the time and ...I lost alot of weieght,I went from 106 lbs. to 85 lbs...my doctor said nothing was wrong...I insisited something was , so he ordered a chest exray& there it was 3.0-3.5 tumor in my right lobe so...it's been on etest after another , they found a few weeks ago that I have a lymp node on the right side of my windpipe also I am stage III A, and with these treatments..Surgery

- Carboplatin Working / Worked
- shrank my tumor a lot
- Chemotherapy Working / Worked
- had 3 big treatments
- Taxotere Working / Worked
- shrank my tumor more than the doctors hoped! YEAH
