About Me
I'm 28, I have been "sick" for at least 8 years. In and out of the hospital, millions of doctor appointments, test and exploratory surgeries. In June 2008, I was diagnosed with Endometriosis on the uterus, bowel, bladder and other random places in my abdomen. I had surgery in California at the Vital Health institute. The constant stabbing pain in my abdomen is somewhat better. Still having issues with fatigue, muscle and join pain, hot flashes/chills. Recently found out that is due to a "flare up" of fibromyalgia - which I never knew I had. Trying to cope with all this news and feel better a little each day.

Try Nature Valley Magnesium with Zinc. 250mlgs 2 pills in the AM with food. It needs to have the STERATE Mag or it doesnt help. Ive been on it for years and it helps me a LOT!

Close Endometriosis
Finally diagnosed with Endometriosis after 10 years of being told it was IBS or anxiety. The pain is so severe, i've been hospitalized on and off during this time. Getting ready to start Lupron in 3 weeks.
Treatments
- Lupron Working / Worked
- starting in 3 weeks
Close Chronic Pain
Chronic joint/muscles pain, fatigue, hot flashes/chills, overall exhaustion

- Chiropractic Adjustment Somewhat Helpful
- Cymbalta Not Working
- Stopped this med b/c it gave me jitters and sent my blood pressure through the roof
- Heat Working / Worked
- Works the best.
- Hydrocodone Somewhat Helpful
- Vicodin - on and off relief
- Mobic Somewhat Helpful
- only had a trial of it. Didn't notice enough relief to get a prescription
- Morphine Somewhat Helpful
- MS Cotin - still taking although, i'm not sure how much relief it provides
- Naproxen Somewhat Helpful
- Oxycodone Somewhat Helpful
- Percocet - on and off relief
- Physical Therapy Working / Worked
- Seeing a woman's health pysical therpist - recommendation from my surgeon. It is helping with the pelvic floor pain
Open Diets & Weight Maintenance
Gained 50 lbs this year, dealing with chronic pain and multiple surgeries.
Open Fibromyalgia
Diagnosed today with Fibromyalgia. Most days experience joint and muscle pain and weakness. Also recently diagnosed with endometriosis. Both doctors think there is a connection.

- Cymbalta Not Working
- Gave my high blood pressure and sweats/nervousness
- Effexor Not Working
- I had to stop this because of terrible nightmares and anxiety. Had awful brain tremors when I started weaning off.
- Heat Working / Worked
- Lyrica Too Soon to Tell
- Morphine Somewhat Helpful
- Ultram Somewhat Helpful
