  Hey Misa, its been a while since I have heard from you. So I thought I would stop by and see what was happening. I sure hope all is well. I am also sending you some sunshine just in case you need it. We have plenty down here in Florida. I have been hanging in,even though I keep popping up with more health issues but I guess thats part of aging. I know that one day this will all be over and I will be somewhat healthy again if I just keep up a positive manner(very hard to do sometimes, and yes I flounder at it,but I am trying(lol).   I love how you don't miss a thing! She's a itty bitty thing only 5lbs.15oz., like holding a doll compared to my 8lb babies!
  I totally agree with you about autumn, my body doesn't like it getting colder (especially when it's also damp out) but it's still my favorite time of year.

  hi there,
  Yep, it does suck to not be able to plan for pain. I find it's an issue at my work, too. I work in a children's clinic, and my days vary a lot. Sometimes when other staff are out sick, I have to fill in as a nurse, which involves lifting kids and being on my feet for hours. I find it hard to say no when my co-workers need me. What kind of work do you do? And, if it's not too personal, what is your medical situation?
