Depression, anxiety, diagnosed w/ ADHD, they even discussed if I may be Bipolar 1. The only thing that has helped is cognitive therapy, but I recently moved and am getting to know a new dr. I hit a BAD RELAPSE and a month in after adding new meds into my reg meds, I am dealing w/ side effects while trying to interview to find a job - I have dealt with this for a long time, and I know relief will come, but in the meantime, the setbacks are so disappointing.

- Effexor Too Soon to Tell
- just added it to mix and it is making me sleep 18hrs a day no memory and feel numb to emotions we will see if the side effects wear of
- Wellbutrin Not Working
- Trying to use w Effexor and then get off Wellbutrin. Does not seem to help at all.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Working / Worked
- Cognitive Therapy was HUGE for me but it takes finding the right dr. and doing a LOT of homework. Unfortunately I let it lapse and fell into the same negative thought patterns.
- Abilify Not Working
- Just tried it for 2 days a nightmare headaches groginess nausea could not even leave to get groceries or get out of bed
- Dexedrine Working / Worked
- Using it for ADHD but helps w depression sometimes.
