Im a 31 one year old in a very loving relationship. She means the world to me and I really couldn't see myself with out her. At thismoment I struggle with my spiritual feeling and that of my sexuality. I been raised under the beliefs that my relationship is a sin, yet how can me loving and respecting my partner be so wrong? Hi my name is Lydia and since feb 28th of this year I have been watching what I eat and excercising. I started at 315 pounds and today I am down to 290. I want to keep my self motivated and keeping on the right track
Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- I have cut back on sweets and soda which were big for me. I once in awhile treat myself but its like once a month and a very small portion
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- I have seen the difference in my body and even if I try to eat bigger portions I can't now
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I have my good days when I don't need much to motivate me and some bad days when I stuggle but I do it.
- Slim-Fast Not Working
- it didn't work for me. I tried it back in 2000.
- Phentermine Working / Worked
- IT was great. But you r only allowed 3 months prescriptions. Then you have to be off it for 6 months.
