      I have live in Washington all my life and I have post polio and other stuff I like to be on the computer, read and put puzzle together. I am with my better half have two grown children and 1 blood granddaughter and about 10 step grandkids

      I have had Fiber for about as long as I can rember But I did not know what it was untill about 7 years ago. I also have post polio and RlS there are days that I can't sleep and I am up for 1 or 2 day with 2 to 3 hr sleep in though 2 day I have tryed sleeping pill by the Dr and over the counter ones to But they Work the next .

      Treatments

      Heat Somewhat Helpful
      It helps as long as I am useing it the when I stop I hurt again
      Zanaflex Not Working
      I stop takeing about 2 years ago because it made me see little people climbing the walls
