Tonight, I finished my book. It's been a long run, and there seems to be so little to show for. But it was all worth it. 11 pages of my heart later, I believe I have achieved what I set out to do. Now I need to find someone to look at it, edit it and think about publishing it. I am not having any luck. I have no idea where to look. Does anyone on DS have any idea where to look to find a publisher? I'll give you a bit of the story, so if any one has connections, they will know a bit about it.
Broken is a short story of a young girl who is raped. Through her diary, we gain insight into the repercussions of the violent act, and how she begins to come to grips with it.
