aww .. I'm soo hoping for you that you can start the gym/eating as well. Hope you had a great nite with your b/f as well! I'm like you .. but by January (my b'day) I want to be 10lbs lighter but yeah secretly 20lbs lol I'm doin a journal after I gained what I thought I lost .. and I lost 3lbs again and I've been bike riding I try every day but it don't happen every day but I do 6miles when I do .. do it. By June I want literally want to be 40lbs lighter and fingers crossed I'll hit it or be close to it. Thanks for responding to me was eral nice of u too. Hope things slow down even more so u can squeeze in what u want .. (((( HUGS ))) have a great day 2day!

Open Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
I have not been diagnosed I was to afraid to bring it up in therapy. But I do have an obsession with the number 3. Sometimes it becomes so bad that when I think of something horrible I have to knock on wood three hundred and thirty three times. It hasn't happened recently. I also have obsessive thinking, which I am sure is linked with my anxiety. I can't stop sometimes. Until I am on the verge of a breakdown.
