OK I have been working out and not loosing of weight but I am toning up and I am feeling better.. I climbed 2 flights of stairs and was hardly whinded.. YEA..
before 1/2 a flight was difficult.
so something is happening
I am loosing inches but no weight.. part of it is my falut
eating not what the physical therpy dude is telling me to eat... I have to work on it
yesterday did lots of different kinds of abdominal work
can hardly move today
but they are getting smaller..
not much weight loss ither
I have been working out for over a month and yes I am feeling better,
except for the sore muscles... Thank you bengay, epsonsalts and rest...
but my weight is going up not down
the trainer suggested more protien in the AM
like a drink with my oatmeal but I don't honestly know.. I am not a big morning eater but you know I should put faith in his knowledge after ahat is what I am paying him for...

My doctor recently told me to add more protein in the morning as well. I'm so stuck in my ways that I never remember until lunch time!
