i prefer A.A. the GA meetings in my area haven't really worked well for me. not enought digging deep....

Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful

have had the same counselor for years. shes a chemical dependency specialist but needs to get training on gambling addiction. I just gave her Dr. Schwartzs 4 step program to review.
