how do i deal with this

Hi davis242, Ive had the big T for 2 years now. The base of my skull is the worst, all day, expecially waking up in the morning. My T sounds like high pitched dentist drills going about 60mph, with bumble beez swarming and screaming at me. That might just create a fullness in the head and skull. it is scarry. Im sitting here right now, with the beez just fighing. I must be the QuEEN BEE, hah, hah, take care
