Good Morning EVerybody!! It is going to be a beautiful day, a nice Indian Summer day. The high is going to get to be 71 degreese and mostly sunny. I can't wait. The trees are so brilliant in their colors when the sun is shining.

Yesterday we put up the cobwebs on our front porch. I have a GIANT spider that we put up every year. The whole scene is spooky and fun. We have to get a special socket to put up the halloween lights. We have orange lights and plastic pumpkin lights. Then we have some things that will go up closer to halloween like a pirate skeleton with outstreched bone arms and hands. He hangs and his tattered "clothes" will blow in the wind. My mom got that on special last year after the season ended. We will put it outside closer to Halloween so it doesn't get ruined. Right now it is hanging in the corner by the outside door. We named him Bub. We also have other stuff for indoors and out like a bat windchime and a stuffed witch doll. Also we have stuff for trick-or-treating like a special monster bag, glow sticks and a pumpkin necklace that flashes a LCD light for safety in the dark. Nick is going trick-or-treating with a friend of his Tyler becasue I can't take him, it is flatter streets and more houses where Tyler lives, and he wants to go with a friend.

We had Chili last night and boy was it good. Tonight we are having Chilli Dogs and Fried Zuchinni. Last zuchinni we had was steamed so frying it is a special treat for Nick. I fry it in olive oil.

I have a busy day but I don't feel like doing anything. I don't have any appointments today or anywhere to go, but I want to get things accomplished around the house. I started my room, sorting through sweaters to weed out ones that are too small that I have been hanging on to. I am going to give them to Betty Jean, Lee's sister. Lee is my neighbor and friend. She has the flu or some stomach virus. I hope she is feeling better today. I also want to clean the downstairs and dust since we want to put up inside decorations for halloween too.

Bob's leg is getting better every day. He has been able to drive the truck at work. But he was pooped when he got home last night. We watched Biggest Loser last night. It is alway an inspiration to eat healther. I cannot excersize like they do because of the nafromsty bag but there are other things I can do like seated yoga.

I am here drinking the last sips of my apple cider flavored with cinnamon. I heat it in the microwave. It is so nice to enjoy the seasonal delights.

Friday I start the Avastin and the chemo pill. I have to check on the name for you all. It is a low dose pill you take every day and because of this the isde effects are low. Please pray that this combo is the "magic bullet" for me.

Well I am going to start back at the bedroom. I am beinging some CDs up to listen to while I work. Hope you all have a pleasant day. - Julie
