About Me
I am married to my childhood sweetheart. I have a son who is heading off to college in August. I am turning 45 in October. I work full-time but am currently taking a much needed leave of absence from my job. I am struggling with severe depression, fibromyalgia and lots of issues with my back, herniated discs, protruding discs, you name it.

Gardening, Reading, Ebay, also love to shop and redecorate my house as often as I can. I would love to return to college on a full-time basis as some point in my life.

Close Depression
: Clinical (Major) DepressionA very long history of suffering with depression. I got to my lowest ever over 2 months ago and I'm struggling to climb back uphill. It's been very tough.
Treatments
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Somewhat Helpful
- Too depressed to really get much out of it.
- Meditation Considering
- Just too nervous to be still.
- Psychotherapy Too Soon to Tell
- We meet every week.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- My mom and my best friend are very support and they give me their shoulders to cry on.
Close Fibromyalgia
Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 5 or 6 years ago. Now suffering bad with depression.
Open Back Pain
Back pain with herniated discs in my neck and protruding discs in my thoracic and lumbar...not fun
Open Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
DVT in 1990, learned many years later that I have a Protein S Deficiency and that was more than likely the cause for DVT.
Treatments
- Coumadin Working / Worked
- Not taking it like I should.

I'm an emotional eater and since I've been severely depressed I have been choosing all of the wrong foods. Unfortunately, my weight and how I feel about myself is directly equal to low self-esteem. Right now I'm so depressed that I'm worried I will not be able to snap out of the emotional eating cycle.
Treatments
- Weight Watchers Working / Worked
- Works great when you work it. At the moment it feels overwhelming to me to try and begin again.
