  Thank you..Sometimes it is good to just vent and get out the negative thoughts. I am fine. I have those thoughts occasionally, but I am good at getting rid of them. I am trying to learn to look at them when I feel them, admit them and then let them go.. It seems to get rid of them better than if I don't admit them..Not sure if that makes sense.
