Well, I'm finally going to get my nose fixed and all the stuff in that area fixed too. I broke my nose a lot of years ago, kids, LOL. So I haven't been able to breathe right for years and when it gets cold or allergy season I have to breath through my mouth or feel like I'm drowning (which is awful cause I did drown once and freaks me out!).
So at the end of this month I go under the knife and have the whole area fixed! I'm praying that it will really help and it will make it easier to sleep and just move without feeling like a fish out of water. With all the smoke we had this year it was terrible to breathe and at least that is over now. With well over 2.4 million acers burned it was a bad year for fire!
I'm down over 50 lbs now, bummer I never realized I was so heavy. Our scale was so far off that I didn't realize I was 20 pounds more then I realized! So at least when we did get a new scale I was down to where I thought I was when I started! I never thought I would let myself get that big again and here I was that size and didn't realize it. But at least I continue to lose weight and one to two pounds a week is pretty good for a person who can't really excerise, every little bit helps in the movement department.
So now with all the rain my fibro is upset again, blah! What can I say, blah. So I haven't had a migraine since june! I got of my RLS meds and haven't had one since! Sheesh to think it was that pill and they even had me up it for sleeping, argh! I'm glad I took myself off of it and the RLS hasn't been to bad! So I can deal with the creapy crawlies to get rid of the migraines and perhaps I can have a cup of coffee from time to time or a piece of chocolate ( I gave those up for my migraines) Who knows. So nice to not have migraines anymore! Well, see how the weather changes effect it, but I'm hopeful that all will be well.
I guess I'm not going to be a Grandma. Things didn't work out and now son and gal have gone their separate ways. Other son is doing well and wife and son and working and trying to move up here from Anchorage. Buy a house and then maybe have a kid or two. Sounds nice that they are trying to get a house, the housing market up here is still going strong and over priced. Wish we had some deals here like the lower 48 for the kids. I always wanted to own a renter property but just to much money and probably to much work too.
Well, take care people and I hope your summer is fun, we are just about over with summer and the plants are changing and we have had our frost already, so winter up in Alaska is just around the corner! HUGS
