I've been tired today. I was able to be lazy this morning because I didn't have to be at physical therapy until 1.  I really believe my right knee is feeling some better since I had the SynViscOne yesterday.  It feels full and some pain is there when I rise from sitting. Of course the left knee is crying out to me. I don't know if I'm noticing its pain more because the right is a little better or what.  It's pretty strange.

At therapy,  my exercises seemed easier with the right.  They added a new exercise at my request because I want to get my knees and legs as strong as I can before I have to start back to school.

I joined a new gym a week ago.  Since Planet Fitness was building the new gym, they offered a great deal. I joined but they haven't opened it yet because they are still not through with the interior. I'm not sure when the official opening is.  There is another Planet Fitness 30 minutes from me.  Since my therapist has told me some things I can do on the days I'm not coming to therapy, I want to exercise then, too. I plan on calling tomorrow to see if they are letting new members go to the gym 30 minutes away until the new one is completed being built. I don't want to overdo it, but going to therapy just 2 days of week...... I believe I need to do some bicycling and mild knee strengthening on the other days on some equipment.  I don't have anything like that at my house. I do NOT want to injure myself though.

My husband grilling out tomorrow on the 3rd. I'm to make a cake. My husband is off work and we've invited his parents to drive down (60 miles) to eat and visit. It's my mother-in-law's 71st birthday. (I'm stressed though because of what my house looks like.) My son is off of work, too, so he will also join us. I'm also going to pick up my grandson from the babysitter to spend the afternoon with us. The inlaws haven't seen their great-grandson in a long time. Neither of my daughters will be able to be there because of having to work. 

On the 4th, one daughter will come visit for a little while till she joins her boyfriend and his parents to go boating in the gulf.  They go a lot to an island called Cat Island.  I haven't seen this daughter in at least 2 weeks, since she "moved out".  Long story.  I  hope things go well with the visit. I'm sure she'll probably bring a friend with her so she doesn't have to face us alone.

I've told my grandson's mom, the other daughter, to come on over after getting off work and that we'd save her some food. She didn't sound enthusiastic and said that she'll see. (Her son is to spend the weekend with his dad. She and he split up 2 months ago. He has him on weekends and she has him during the week.)

I'm hurting and throbbing most of the day and evening in my left wrist, mid-back, right shoulder and elbow, and knees.  I just took some pain medicine and zanaflex and will be sleepy in a bit. 

I'm hoping tomorrow will be a good day.
